Maple Leaf Cement Factory Ltd. is looking for self motivated, dynamic & result oriented individuals, who can perform in cross-functional teams in order to attain optimum results. CVs are invited for the following positions for a new Cement Line Project, based at Maple Leaf Cement Plantsite, Iskanderabad, District Mianwali.
Manager / Sr. Manager Mechanical
Requisite Qualification & Experience:
BSc. Mechanical Engineering from HEC / PEC recognized Institution with minimum (10) to (15) years of Cement Industry experience, preferably hands on experience on Cement Plant Projects.
AutoCAD & MS Project
Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, planning, scheduling & tracking timelines with respect to mechanical tasks / deliverables in collaboration with Project Head & other stakeholders involved in the Project.
Review of RFQ, RFP, ITB & Contract documentation for Contractors & Sub-contractors.
Developing, monitoring and delivering Project Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports, Proposals, BOQs, Tenders, Documentation, and Presentations.
Monitor the execution of all construction activities including Fabrication, Erection / Installation & Rigging etc. after studying the operational drawings in coordination with the Project Head.
Responsible for Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning of Plant including Hot & Cold commissioning.
