Job Description
REQUIRED FOR A CATERING COMPANY IN KUWAIT:
HEALTH & SAFETY (HSE) OFFICER
The incumbent should be a Bachelor/Master in science and should have minimum 5 years experience in any food line as quality control/quality assurance.
He should be well knowledgeable in
1. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).
2. Implementing food safety standards & good documentation control.
3. Liaise with clients for smooth safety operations in the locations.
4. Implementing and following SSOP (Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure) & SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) in the catering.
5. Educating & Training employees connected to food safety.
(Candidates having transferable residence only)
