Operations Manager - Freight Forwarding
Coordinating with clients and overseas agents. Resolving operational and customer issues in a timely manner. Ensuring all office staff adhere to rules and regulations and deadlines set by the company management. Overseeing the smooth flow of the day-to-day operations and keeping the management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
