Qualified Engineer / Architect with minimum 15 years of experience in the design / supervision of large-scale projects. Proven track record of having conducted a similar work activity for at least 5 years in a similar role. Strong communication, negotiation and reporting skills. Knowledge of the latest engineering design techniques and software. Dubai experience and knowledge of Dubai Municipality requirements is a must.
