Job Description
We are manufacturing company based in DIP. We are recruiting for the position of Accounts Officer to help the Accounts Department in day to day works.
Job Responsibilities (Accounts Officer)
1. Maintaining and Updating accounting books.
2. Generating Accounts reports for Management as and when required.
3. Bank dealing, Preparation of L/C documents, updating of transfer of Material, Keeping records for account receivable / for payments to suppliers and pay roll.
4. Maintaining Accounts all type and kinds.
5. Preparing Sales Invoices.
6. Providing information about sales and outstanding payments to the management.
7. Handling banking and insurance and keeping employee attendance record.
8. Assisting the Management for the overseas purchase.
9. Feeding data to management about Sales, Accounts position & Local market.
Requirements
M.Com/ACCA with 2-5 years of good experience in ledger maintenance, payments, payroll, verification of bills, SOA reconciliation,related experience with LCs, inventory, fixed assets, Monthly Accounts, Payable / Rec management. Candidates on transferable visa are recommended.
Nationality preferred: Indian / Pakistan / Philippians.
