Suncrop, a leading national agriculture group, stepping into FMCG "Banaspati Ghee & Cooking oil" market, is seeking applications for the position of Marketing Manager from career driven professionals.
Scope of the position
Develop and execute business strategies and tactical plans that should align with the organization's current and future objectives. Oversee marketing budget, maintain cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending. Liaison with the agency to plan and execute promotional and advertising campaigns, marketing research and new launches. Lead the marketing team to accomplish short term and long term brand management and corporate identity goals. Institute an effective market intelligence system to track and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competition strategies to identify current and future business opportunities. Maintain an effective cross functional liaison to achieve forecasted sales volume. Plan and manage lead generation campaigns by using digital media platform.
Qualification
MBA from reputed local (IBA / LUMS) or foreign institutions.
Experience
More than 10 years relevant experience in a multinational environment.
