Job Description
Lynchpin Training is looking for a dynamic and result focused Marketing Executive who can drive the overall marketing activities across Retail (individual students) and Corporate Training segments at Lynchpin. The prime objective of the role is to promote the training products offered by Lynchpin to the targeted audience with the desired outcome of generating healthy flow of qualified leads for sales team.
Job Overview
As a Marketing Executive based in Dubai you will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing campaigns for corporate and retail training programs. The target audience of Lynchpin is spread across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah in UAE. The role requires the development of content driven inbound and outbound marketing activities and supports the sales team with training products promotion activities. You will be required to create and present a marketing strategy to the key stakeholders to gain approval and buy-in, take overall responsibility for all marketing planning and execution with leadership and support from the management. You may be required to work with remote content marketing team and graphic designers to design and develop marketing content.
Responsibilities and Expectations
The key responsibilities in this function include the following:
Generate and maintain a healthy flow of qualified sales leads which should be pre-agreed and tracked accordingly
Prepare, spend and track the overall marketing activity budget
Promote the training programs across existing online and offline marketing channels along with exploring the new marketing channels
Conduct corporate client presentations to market Lynchpin Training products
Effectively arrange the open days for professional qualifications
Represent Lynchpin at various professional events, exhibitions and conferences
Ensure the improvement in current product offering alongside developing the new training products based on market research
Enhance Lynchpin's brand awareness in UAE market
Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting for marketing activities and relate them to the desired ROI
Maintain a healthy relationship with various professional bodies e.g. ACCA, IMA, CIMA, CFA, IIA and be guided with their inputs on marketing campaigns
Maintain professional relationship with all marketing vendors including newspapers, event managers etc.
Job Requirements
Mandatory
Minimum 3 years' experience in service industry marketing segment, with exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing
A bachelor degree in Marketing
Advanced level experience in handling social media channels
Expert acumen of marketing content development
Hands on experience in using Microsoft Office Tools
Desired
Candidates who are currently working in marketing department of Professional Training organization will be highly preferred.
Knowledge of graphic designing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage
