ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Job Description:
Administration Manager’s role is to supervise daily support operations of the company and plan the most
efficient administrative procedures.
Administrative managers help organize schedules, manage payroll and personnel databases, create
reports, and offer other clerical duties. This role also requires a significant amount of communication and
coordination with other staff and departments, including senior-level officials.
Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Manage Payrolls with accounting team
- Manage staff related activities (annual
leave planning, staff tickets, performance assessment, visas
processing, work permits, cancellation…)
- Take care of insurances
- Respond to incoming communications, such as phone calls and emails
- Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other
business operations
- Provide assistance in filtering and forwarding communications to proper individuals and
departments
- Create written and typed reports, including memos and business letters
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities
- Organize and supervise other office activities
- Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to
budgetary constraints
- Assist teams on the logistic process
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Salary : 4000-6000
