The Legal team works with a large number of the International/US and regional law firms across the Middle East, building long-lasting relationships with both our clients and candidates.
We are looking to hire an experienced legal recruitment consultant to join our growing and well-recognized team based in Dubai, DIFC.
In this role, you will be required to:
- Manage your own client portfolio, this includes; meeting with clients quarterly and gaining an in-depth understanding of the firm/teams, building trust, and providing excellent delivery
- Source new candidates via a multitude of channels such as our internal systems, LinkedIn, referral/word of mouth
- Arrange interviews and conduct thorough interview preparations
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates across various jurisdictions
- Advise key decision-makers within the legal sector to help them achieve their business objectives
- Work collaboratively within the team to achieve individual and team goals
- Market research
