We are looking for Sales Manager / Head of Sales for a Group in Karachi
JOB SUMMARY:
· Must have good grip in market of cattle feed products, urea, fertilizer
· Must have penetrated links with distributors of such products, convince distributors and farming product shop keepers to develop and penetrate sales.
· Must have persuasive sales skills, leadership & team building skills
· Proficient in MS Office, good with written and oral communication.
· Must have capability to develop new chain of customers
· Prepare route plans of sales team
· Prepare sales targets
SKILLS:
· Proficient in MS Office
· Strong communication skills
· Sales leading and market research skills
· Negotiation skills
· Leadership skills
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & LOCATION:
· Karachi
· MBA / BBA
· 2-3 years of experience
· Preference will be given to those who have experience in sales of Urea or Fertilizer or Cattle Feed or Animal medicine or Agro pesticide products
REMUNERATION:
· 80-150k (Negotiable) plus other perks as per company policy
