Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Finance Manager that will analyze every day financiafactivities and subsequently provide guidance to upper management on future financial plans.
The goal is to enable the holding Company CEO/Board to make sound business decisions and meet the company's objectives;
Responsibilities:
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action for Holding & Subsidiary.
Set and Manage Budgets
Manage Holding and Subsidiaries financial statement reporting
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
Manage bank's relationships and secure financing
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunides
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives and design a framework for these to be met
Manage the preparation of the company's budget
Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
Set SOP and financial policies for the group/ subsidiaries.
Set KPI's and dashboard for finance department
Manage cash flow, Reconciliation and settlements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Financial Manager
Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
Proficient user of ERP software
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Proficient in Excel and BI systems
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA / ACCA or similar will be considered a plus
