APPOINTMENT OF LEGAL ADVISOR
Lahore Museum, Lahore being an autonomous body is inviting applications from the suitable candidates for appointment for a period of two years as part time legal advisor.
Required qualification / Experience:
B.A LLB enrolled as an advocate of High Court, Punjab and having practicing experience of minimum five years to appear in the District Courts as well as in High Courts.
Duties & Remuneration:
i) To tender legal advice.
ii) To appear in all types of legal proceedings on behalf of the Lahore Museum.
iii) The appointment offered at a remuneration of Rs.20,000/- per month which may be lesser than the offered.
iv) To prepare draft of Parawise comments for vetting from office of advocate General.
Tenure
A legal Advisor shall be appointed by the selection committee constituted by the Government on such terms and conditions as the committee may fix. However, the services of a Legal Advisor may, at any time, be dispensed with by the Govt, under intimation to the department concerned subject to one month's notice or payment of remuneration for the said period or a legal advisor may give up his appointment like wise.
