Job Description

Seating and greeting guests, taking customer's order according to menu and if necessary respond to customer any queries about the menu content and also update / upgrade customer orders on MICROS System.
Serve customers request either at restaurant or room service with high standards to ensure high level of customer satisfaction.
Doing setup of breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as cleaning tables afterward to maintain service area clean and tidy and well prepared.
Assist with cleaning, polishing, storage and distribution of restaurant equipment.
Maintain the brand standards throughout the restaurant.
