| Responsibilities | |
Daily oversight of company account(s) for compliance with guidelines, internal polices and regulatory issues.
Review all company account(s) on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure compliance with General Accounting Principles and company procedures and close. Reconciliation of Bank, Customers and Supplies Accounts Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts, documenting business transactions. Inventory Control including Valuation and Physical Verification. Understanding the business in order to question transactions and raise any issues or recommendations to management. Audit contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepare reports to substantiate transactions. Analyze and evaluate financial reports received for accuracy. Analyze and enforce accounting procedures, such as monthly closing, updating the chart of accounts, updating the financial accounting system, and other financial processes. Coordinate the completion of commentary reports, providing high level results analysis against plan and forecast for month, quarter and full year. Assist in the preparation of executive review and board papers as appropriate. Keep all pending and outstanding issues in order per company policies for electronics and physical files in case of absence. Provide monthly management reports. | |
